Between the brand Herdade das Servas (Top of the Range) and Monte das Servas, there are five wines which the producer from Alentejo, Herdade das Servas elected to serve at the wine dinner which takes place on Thursday 7 July at 8:30 pm, at Giuseppe & Joaquim, the biggest restaurant in Coimbra, which combine a traditional Portuguese cuisine and a fine Italian cuisine. This harmonization will be made between ‘Monte das Servas Escolha White 2010’ and an entry with papaya and shimp, ‘Herdade das Servas White 2010’ and rolls with shrimps sauce and potatoes puré; ‘Monte das Servas Escolha Red 2009’ and fillet caprese with fresh pasta; ‘Herdade das Servas Red 2009’ with cheese and crackers; and finally ‘Herdade das Servas Reserve Red 2006’ with egg pastry with sweet berries. The coffee is includes, the menu has a value of 22 Euros per person.
