Herdade das Servas promotes this friday 17 June 2011, at 8:30 pm, a wine dinner at the restaurant “Sal e Pimenta” in Maia. Monte das Servas White Escolha 2010, Herdade das Servas White 2010 (New), Monte das Servas Red Escolha 2009, Herdade das Servas Red 2009 (New) and Herdade das Servas Red Reserve 2006 were the five wines that the producer of Alentejo choose for the first wine dinner that performs the recent restaurant in Maia. The Menu in charge of Lurdes Gomes (Chef and owner with António Manuel Ferreira), the invitation is for that people delight with an entry consisting of Tapas and Ham with melon, followed by a fish dish ( prawns salad with “ Rúcula” Spring style) and dish of meat ( “Mignon” medallions in pepper and wine Herdade das Servas sauce). At the end of dinner, will be served an sublime ice cream with cocoa and vanilla.
