GRAPE VARIETIES: Arinto (50%), Verdelho (25%) and Alvarinho (25%).
WINEMAKING: After destalking and selection on the filtering table, the grapes are pressed with oxidation protection. Static decantation takes place for 48 hours and the alcoholic fermentation is carried out in French oak barrels.
MATURING: When the alcoholic fermentation process has finished, it is matured for 9 months in French oak barrels and hand-stirred. After being bottled, the wine is rested in the bottle for 3 months.
LONGEVITY: Between 6 and 8 years, if stored in a cool and dark place with the bottle lying down.
